Pumpkin Date Bread

I forgot to post Becca's recipe of choice, which she made for her Aunt Janet. It was Pumpkin Date Bread. The only substitution we made was brown rice syrup instead of molasses. I didn't have any molasses on hand. She cracked each egg, helped me measure everything, and carefully stirred in each ingredient. It was definitely a labor of love for a 4 year old.
