Masontops Pickle Pipes - Waterless Airlock Fermentation Lids
- review Kings Play Chess On Fine Grains of Sand with set of 7 nesting boxes
- review the questions scientists ask to decide if something is even in the Fungi Kingdom
- look at the three Phyla in the Kingdom Fungi Chart from ETC Montessori
- Zygomycota
Green zygon, pair; mykes, fungus
Basidiomycota

- talk with Chris Barnes & Jamie White, two students from the SIU Fermentation Studies program
Chris shared about his research project, which deals with capturing & culturing wild local cave yeast. It was fascinating and the children had tons of questions! And I'd like to offer my most sincere congratulations to Jamie! She was on the front page of our local paper this weekend!
