Since now I have a four year old little girl who is joining my homeschool co-op part time, I decided to set up a special area of my living room shelving for her. I went around the house and collected all of the board games she is old enough to do at age 4. Once they were all in one place I was amazed at how many we had, and how rich the variety was!
And then I met with another friend a few days ago who asked me, Where did you get all of those wonderful board games? So... here are twenty board games for a four year old and where to find them; just click on each picture:

eeBoo has such amazing illustrations! In creating this list and the links, now I want their I Never Forget a Face memory game. And Peaceable Kingdom has several fabulous-looking cooperative games which we don't have... and Selecta and Haba and Ravensburger are also wonderful... PLEASE take a quick second and leave a comment with your favorite recommendations!
Just found out that Selecta's beautiful wooden tile game Hand in Hand, is apparently no longer being made and is currently running $382.54 on Amazon. If anyone is interested in selling theirs, once their family has outgrown it, please please let me know!!
