Counting Books

When we read the book 88 Instruments, it got me thinking. What a great opportunity for a counting exercise! You could count the keys on a piano (are there really 88?) or a keyboard (are there also 88?). Since each key on the piano is numbered on the piano's insides, you could even get all of the keys from a disassembled piano keyboard and put them back in number order!

I've kept the Counting Books tucked away all these years because Zac hadn't started First Grade. That way they (and the alphabet books) would feel more special. Now he has, so it's time to go through and see what I have in my stash!
