we made this Argentine recipe as part of our Foods of the World project

In Nov 2023, we cut up a Jarrahdale, made a big batch of roasted pumpkin, and ate it as a simple veggie side dish. We used up the leftover roasted pumpkin in this Australian Pumpkin Dahl recipe and this British Squidgy Pumpkin & Ginger Loaf (using blackstrap molasses for black treacle, maple syrup for golden syrup, and pumpkin pie spice for mixed spice). So yummy!
