They are all wonderfully rich resources, and could be used in an infinite variety of ways, but here is how I progressed through them (and, bear in mind, I am using the books to refresh instead of to introduce concepts, otherwise Toymaking with Children -- how to set up the playroom and which toys are appropriate for which ages -- would be much higher).
